This site is operated by Udyat Tech Systems Pvt Ltd, trading as Udyat Technologies, based in Chandigarh, India. For anything in this policy, contact us at info@udyattech.com.

We collect only what you type into our contact form, and only when you submit it:

• Your name and work email address — both required, so we know who you are and can reply.
• Phone number and company name — optional, and only used if you would rather we called.
• Your enquiry — the topic you select and anything you write in the message field.
• Which page you enquired from — so we can see what you were reading and give a more useful answer.

We also briefly hold the IP address of anyone submitting the form, to limit how many submissions can be made in a minute. It is used to block automated abuse, is never attached to your enquiry, and is discarded within a minute.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and loads no third-party scripts, advertising pixels, or embedded content. Fonts are served from this site rather than fetched from an external provider, so simply reading these pages sends your details to nobody — including us.

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to carry on that conversation about a possible engagement.

We do not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing you did not ask for, sell or rent your details, or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Enquiries reach us as an email and are read by the small team who would actually do your work — in practice, the founder first.

To deliver and store that email we rely on ordinary business service providers: our website host, our email delivery provider, and our email and business tools. They process the data on our instructions in order to provide their service, and for no purpose of their own. We do not transfer your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.

If your enquiry does not lead to work together, we delete it within 24 months. If it does, we keep the correspondence for as long as we work together and for seven years afterwards, which is the period Indian tax and company records rules require.

You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — see below.

Email info@udyattech.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. We will action it and confirm in writing, normally within 30 days. You do not need an account, a form, or a reason.

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential material, credentials, or personal data about other people through the contact form — if you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will agree a secure route first.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date below. Material changes to how existing enquiries are used will be notified to the people affected by email.
