How we work

Start small, prove value, then scale

No long procurement cycle and no big-bang rewrite. We look at how you work today, agree a phased plan with a cost and an outcome per phase, then build in increments while your operations keep running.

The process

Three simple steps to get started

This is the same for a first digitization phase and for a multi-year modernization programme. Only the scale changes.

1

We look at how you work today

A short discovery: your systems, your bottlenecks, and where time and money are leaking. You get a clear written picture.

1–2 weeks
2

We agree a phased plan

Priorities, sequence, cost, and the outcome for each phase — starting with the change that pays back fastest.

1 week
3

We build, run, and keep improving

Delivery in working increments, with security and reliability built in — and a partner who stays after go-live.

Delivery principles

Six commitments we hold ourselves to

These are the rules that keep transformation programmes honest — and the ones most often broken when they go wrong.

01

Phased, never big-bang

Every programme is broken into phases that are independently valuable. You can stop after any of them and still be better off than when you started. No single weekend decides whether the project succeeded.

02

Start where the payback is fastest

We sequence deliberately so the first phase returns value before the programme is finished. That funds confidence — internally and financially — for everything that follows.

03

Integrate before you replace

Your ERP, your accounting system, and the processes your team knows all keep running. We add the layer that connects them, and only replace what genuinely cannot be saved.

04

Adoption is part of the scope

Software nobody uses is a failed project regardless of its architecture. Parallel running, training on real work, and floor-level support are included, not billed as extras afterwards.

05

Measure and say so

We baseline before we start and report against it afterwards. Where a result falls short of what we expected, you hear it from us first, with the numbers.

06

No lock-in

Source code, infrastructure definitions, and documentation are yours from the first commit. We build so your own team could take it over — and we plan the handover if you want to.

How we engage

Pick the level of involvement that suits you

These are not rigid packages. Most relationships start with an assessment and move into whichever model fits once the scope is clear.

Transformation Advisory

Strategic direction, architecture review, prioritization, and a modernization roadmap.

Best for: Leadership teams who know something must change but not what to do first.

Assessment and Discovery

Evaluate current systems, find digitization opportunities, define a phased plan.

Best for: Businesses wanting a costed, sequenced plan before committing budget.

Project Delivery

Execution for modernization, automation, platforms, Voice AI, Vision AI, and cloud.

Best for: Organisations with a decided scope that need it built and shipped.

Fractional Technology Leadership

Senior technical direction and oversight without a full-time CTO.

Best for: Growing companies with developers but no senior technical owner.

Long-Term Partnership

An ongoing partner to improve and evolve your digital systems over time.

Best for: Teams that want a stable partner after go-live, not a handover and goodbye.
Why Udyat Technologies

Depth across the whole stack, not one slice of it

Transformation programmes fail at the seams — between the infrastructure and the application, between the system and the people using it. Covering the whole span is how those seams get closed.

  • Deep expertise across infrastructure, cloud, security, software engineering, and automation.
  • Practical understanding of both business operations and technology execution.
  • Transformation handled end to end — from architecture to implementation.
  • Experience spanning data centers, enterprise systems, DevOps, APIs, SaaS, and AI workflows.
  • Founder-led engagement with technical depth and business alignment.
FAQ

Working with us — questions we get asked

How does an engagement usually start?

With a conversation, then a short discovery. Most businesses arrive with a symptom rather than a solution, so the first job is to find the root cause and work out what to do first. That takes one to two weeks, not months.

What does a typical programme cost?

It varies too much for a headline number to be honest. What we can say is that the assessment is deliberately small and fixed, and each subsequent phase is quoted and approved on its own — so you are never asked to commit to a total before the scope is understood.

How long before we see something working?

For a first digitization or automation phase, typically eight to twelve weeks to something live and in daily use. We deliver in working increments throughout, so you are reviewing real software well before that.

Do you work with our existing IT team or vendors?

Regularly. We can lead architecture while your team builds, take a specific component, or provide oversight and review. The split of responsibility is agreed at the start so accountability is never ambiguous.

What happens after go-live?

Whatever you want to happen. Some clients move to a long-term partnership, some take a support retainer, and some take full ownership with a documented handover. We build for all three, so the choice stays yours.

Where are you based, and does that matter?

We are based in India and deliver both remotely and on site. For shop-floor and operations work we spend real time in your premises during discovery and rollout, because you cannot map a process properly over a call.
